Value for Money Series: Libraries

The Project:Part of a series of commissioned videos to demonstrate value for money by Westminster City Council.

The Brief: To reposition libraries as credible alternatives to high street book shops.

The Production:Full video production service was provided including concept, storyboard, scriptwriting, graphics, bespoke music, the shoot, full editing and web deployment packaging with bespoke video player, chapters and subtitles. Actors were not used to present the video. These were real library staff members which we gave script and direction to.

The Brief:A short documentary, to raise the profile of the City Guardians, showcasing the impressive work they undertake on a daily basis, in keeping the streets of Westminster clean and safe.

The Brief: To improve the perception of Civil Enforcement Officers, and advise on the rules to avoid getting a ticket.

The Production:Full video production service including concept, storyboard, scriptwriting, graphics, bespoke music, the shoot – including use of specialist car to car filming equipment, full editing and web deployment service inc bespoke video player, chapters and subtitles. Actors were not used – these were real CEO’s which we provided scripts and stage direction.
